Simon Dawson is the Co-Founder and Head of Marketing at Dawson Technologies, where he brings a unique blend of elite athletic performance, motorsport leadership, and strategic brand development to the forefront of clean-tech innovation. A former professional tennis player and high-performance coach, Simon transitioned into motorsport team management, working with top-tier brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, Lola, Lotus and Radical in endurance racing. His track record includes multiple championship wins and successful corporate partnerships that align sport with sustainability. At Dawson Technologies, Simon leads marketing and strategic growth, championing the integration of cutting-edge technologies with impactful environmental and social responsibility.

Jack Robotham is the Lead Creative Designer at Dawson Technologies, where he leads the visual concepting and design of the company’s clean-tech innovations. With a background in automotive design and branding, Jack specializes in translating complex engineering concepts into compelling visual narratives. He collaborates closely with the engineering and marketing teams to ensure that Dawson Technologies' products and communications resonate with clarity and impact. Jack's work reflects a commitment to design excellence and a passion for sustainability, helping to position Dawson Technologies as a forward-thinking leader in the clean-tech sector.

Nicholas Brumleve is a seasoned energy investor and strategist with a forward-thinking approach to sustainable energy solutions. As an Investment Principal at Chevron Technology Ventures, he played a pivotal role in the launch and execution of the Future Energy Fund, a $100 million initiative aimed at accelerating the adoption of low-carbon technologies. His work encompassed sectors such as hydrogen, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), and advanced mobility. Brumleve's strategic insights and deep commercial experience have positioned him as a key advocate for hydrogen's role in the energy transition. He holds an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College.

Tristan Niesslein is an experienced sustainability and operations leader with a broad background in contract management, service level delivery, and strategic partnerships. He brings deep expertise in implementing AI and RPA

technologies in commercial projects, as well as managing multidisciplinary

teams across complex, high-performance environments.

Tristan is known for driving continuous improvement and ensuring excellence

in process, performance, quality, and compliance. His leadership style

emphasizes employee engagement, team building, and delivering measurable

results across the triple bottom line: people, planet, and profit.

With a passion for strategic marketing, business development, and motorsport,

Tristan has also played key roles in high-impact events and travel logistics.

His diverse skill set and forward-thinking approach make him a valuable asset

Pete Weston is a highly respected motorsport engineer known for his extensive experience in top-level racing. In 2014, he joined Generation Bentley as Technical Director, bringing with him a wealth of expertise from his previous roles, including Chief Engineer and Technical Director at Dyson Racing. Weston also gained recognition as the designer of the Lola 98/10 and 2K/10 LMP1 cars, making him the first major technical appointment at Lola under Martin Birrane's ownership. His move to Generation Bentley, the racing division of David Appleby Engineering, was a key strategic addition as the team prepared to debut the Bentley Continental GT3 in the British GT Championship.
